Design Process

Concept Call

We start with an in-depth conversation about your vision for your wedding stationery. We’ll discuss colors, themes, and any special details you’d like to include, whether a venue illustration, custom crest, or unique design elements. Together, we’ll outline a design concept that complements your wedding style and ensures your personality shines through every piece.

 

First Drafts

Once the concept is clear, I’ll dive into the creative process. During this phase, I’ll develop the initial designs for your stationery suite, translating your ideas into a cohesive and unique design. This includes:

  • Color palettes

  • Illustration concepts

  • Layout and composition

  • Sizing options

  • Initial design drafts for your review

 

Feedback & Revisions

After presenting the first draft, it’s time for your feedback. This stage is all about refining the design to make sure it aligns perfectly with your vision. We’ll collaborate closely, and you’ll have the opportunity for up to two rounds of revisions. You can share your feedback via email, or we can hop on a call to ensure every detail is just right.

 

Final Refinements & Approval

With your feedback in hand, I’ll fine-tune the designs. This stage focuses on refining the details—adjusting fonts, layouts, illustrations, and any final touches. I’ll send the updated designs for your final approval, making sure everything is perfect before moving forward.

 

Production & Delivery

Once approved, your designs will be sent to print (if you opted for physical stationery) or delivered digitally for your use. I’ll oversee the printing process to ensure the highest quality, and your finished stationery will be shipped directly to you, beautifully packaged and ready to impress your guests.
