Deposits & Payments

• A 30% upfront payment is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your final invoice. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable.

• All invoices must be paid in full before your stationery is shipped or delivered digitally.

Proofs & Approvals

• Once you have approved your proofs, Mayanora Studio is no longer responsible for any spelling errors, typos, or other issues. Please review carefully before approval.

• We do not offer printed proofs as they are expensive for our printer to set up for single runs. However, if you'd like a printed proof, we can arrange this at an additional cost, which will be added to your final invoice.

• You are welcome to print your digital proofs yourself for review. When reviewing digitally, we recommend using a computer screen rather than a phone or tablet for more accurate color representation. Please note, we cannot guarantee the colors on the final print will match exactly as they appear on screen.

Venue & Map Illustrations

• Venue illustrations may be reused for other clients if the venue has already been drawn. If you'd like to use an existing illustration, the fee is $250.

• All venue and map illustrations are owned by Mayanora Studio, and we reserve the right to reuse them for future clients.

Personalized Orders & Changes

• As all items are personalized for your wedding, they cannot be returned.

• Any changes made after the final proof approval will incur additional charges and reprinting costs.

• If you need to add more items to your order (such as extra invitations), this must be done before the order goes to print. We recommend ordering five additional invitations to cover any last-minute needs.

Third-Party Printing & Shipping

• All invites are printed by a third-party professional printer to ensure the highest quality. While delays are rare, we will inform you immediately if any arise, though we typically allow for up to 3 weeks from print to delivery.

• We ship all stationery via a tracked service. Once the stationery has been shipped, Mayanora Studio is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that occurs during shipping. We will ensure your items are securely packaged, but we cannot be held liable for damage incurred after they are dispatched.

• We only ship within the United States. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is provided, and someone is available to sign for the package. Mayanora Studio is not responsible for deliveries signed for by neighbors, left in "safe spaces," or any issues caused by incorrect addresses.
